I get asked a lot, or all the time actually, ‘how do you get calcium, how do you get protein’ etc and it’s usually said to me in a very judgmental tone as people just assume you can’t get any nutrition from plants which couldn’t me anymore further than the truth!
Me, Jude & Jesse are all vegan {other than my obsession with galaxy chocolate š it’s a hard one to kick} & we’re still alive & healthy, in fact Jude had bloods run a few weeks back & wasn’t deficient in anything so that is total proof that plants do contain everything your body needs.

B12 supplement – we all use the same supplement which tastes amazing by ‘the garden if life’ it’s a spray which is a great way to get it into kids and you spray it under the tongue so it gets into the body quicker.
Vitamin D –
Fortified milk plants
Vitamin D supplants – we have the ‘garden of life’ spray supplement as well for this and Jude loves it. It’s a vanilla flavour and it’s vegan.
I hope this has helped some of you out. I will do more blog posts on vegan foods and recipes and kids vegan meals but I didn’t want to bombard you all with a load of vegan things so thought I would keep it short and sweet!
Also I have a blog post on vegan supplements me and the boys take and why we take them if your interested then please check it out!
