This pancake day today we decided to try and make some vegan pancakes for the first time & they actually taste SO good! You honestly can’t tell the difference!
1 cup of four
1 cup of soya milk/almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp natural cane sugar/coconut sugar
add all dry mixture in a bowl & whisk together. Add the milk & whisk together well until you have a thick paste. Get a pan nice & hot.pour your mixture on the pan & let bubbles form & pop on one side then flip the pancake to the other side for around 1 minute & that’s it! It’s so easy & simple!
